Alright well

This thing is probably more useful than one would think. Things haven't been going so great, slipped and I'm back at 230.8.

Fantastic.

I'm feeling a bit sad, like I do every year around this time. The familiar 'summer is coming and I wanted to lose so much weight' is rolling through my head again. I do this every year around May. I had big weight loss plans in January, stick with them for a week, and then when May comes nothing happened.

I really need this. I'm tired of feeling like shit about the way I look and feel. Same broken record, but I really hope I can fix it this time.

My ultimate goal is 150lbs. I'm thinkin' that around 75-80lbs would definitely do my body some good.

Short term goal in one month: 15-20 lbs. I can probably do it by just drinking water, but school is nearly out and hopefully I can get into some exercise routine.

I'm planning a special treat for myself when I lose 20 pounds. Well the treat isn't just for me, for my boyfriend too. ;D ahaha. DID I SAY THAT OUT LOUD??

There's no more "i want's". I need to, and I will lose weight. Gotta gotta gotta.

These are some exercises that I've got to do. I don't have access to a gym, so I'm going to have to be doing these on my floor in my house. I also have a stationery bicycle, so that's good for cardio and stuff.
I plan to do these whenever I can. I'm not going to commit to doing it every day, but I'm going to try to do them whenever I can. They're simple and don't take long anyway. Probably best saved for early morning before the shower, to get my blood pumping.

- leg lifts(lower abs): 15-20
- reverse crunches(upper abs): 15-20
- arm curls: 2 reps of 15 on each arm
- squats: 10 every morning

And when I have time, I'll use the bicycle for cardio to get my heart rate up to burn fat and whatever. Also more vigorous walks to the beach could be good as well for that. I found out that I should get my heart rate up to around 150-165 bpm for around 12 minutes, which can't really be achieved by walking fast(I'd need to run), but the bike is really good for that, mostly because it has those metal censors that tell you where your heart rate is, which is pretty handy.

These are mostly notes to self. I'll probably print this out and hang it up somewhere to remind me. Maybe I'll photoshop my head onto some skinny chicks to get more motivated. hehe.

Anyhow, yes. Starting-over weight:
